The GROWUS Damage Therapy Shampoo EX is a K-beauty thalassotherapy haircare formula inspired by the restorative power of the ocean. Updated from the original bestselling Damage Therapy formula, it uses a double-coating protein repair system high-molecular PPT ingredients that form a protective film on each hair strand, and low-molecular PPT ingredients that penetrate into the cortex to address damage from the inside out. Step 1 – Saturate: Thoroughly wet hair and scalp with lukewarm (not hot) water to open the hair cuticle for optimal ingredient penetration. Step 2 – Massage & Lather: Apply a generous amount (quarter-sized or more depending on hair length) and massage into hair and scalp to create a rich, protein-elastic foam. Ensure the lather contacts the hair cuticle to fill damaged gaps. Step 3 – The 5-Second Wait: Allow lather to sit for at least 5 seconds to let the seaweed protein bonding system reconnect broken keratin chains. Step 4 – Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
