Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing

All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in California/Oregon. Orders placed before 11 AM Pacific Time will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be shipped the next business day. Our warehouse operates from 8 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that processing times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately marked for processing. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to your order or cancel it. Please review all order information carefully before finalizing your purchase.

 

Pre-orders

Occasionally, we offer pre-orders for items expected to be available soon. The estimated shipping time for the item will be displayed on the product page. If an order includes a pre-ordered item, the entire order will be fulfilled and shipped when the pre-ordered item becomes available. Due to system limitations, we cannot split-ship orders. Please consider placing separate orders if you require immediate shipment of available items.

 

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order is processed and the shipping label is issued. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

 

Shipping in the U.S.

We offer free standard ground shipping (via USPS) on all orders over $50* to all U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders under $50 will incur a flat rate ground shipping fee of $6.95. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-10 business days for delivery. *The $50 threshold is calculated after any discounts or promotions are applied and excludes taxes or gift card purchases.

 

Expedited U.S. Shipping via UPS is available at checkout. Shipping fees for expedited shipping are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Orders received by 11 AM Pacific Time will be processed and shipped on the same business day, while others will be shipped the next business day.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working hard to expand our shipping options. Please check back for updates.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for packages returned or delayed by the postal service. If a package is undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, it will not be re-shipped. Instead, a refund less the shipping cost incurred will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned package. For protection against lost or stolen packages, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance.

 

Incorrect Item Shipped

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at chat@theglowbeautyshop.com for assistance. We will ensure the correct item is shipped to you as soon as possible.

 

Damaged Item or Package

If you receive a damaged product, please retain the package, packing materials, and the damaged item. Email us immediately at chat@theglowbeautyshop.com for assistance. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
